1995 - 2000:
IMLab
((Minsk subdivision of the American corporation "Invention
Machine" Belarus).
Engaged in the development of the database and the logical part of software products
providing support for solving complex invention problems. Started as an expert in the Invention Machine - 2.12 Project.
Then worked on the Invention Machine -2.51 and various versions of the program "TechOptimizer" - 3.0; 3.01 and 3.5.
The last job at IMCorp was the chief of the logical part of the "Prediction" module.
Made research into different
methods of forecasting and studied possibilities of their application in practice.
1983 – 1995:
Central SRI of Mechanization and Electrification of Agriculture (Belarus) and
independent work.
Developed a number of soil-cultivating, sowing and harvesting machines and implements by using the methods of invention
problem solving, forecast of engineering systems evolution and patents bypassing. Prepared and defended the dissertation
for the degree of Ph.Dissertation.
From 1983 through 2000 held a series of consultation for different enterprises of
Belarus, Russia, Slovakia, USA and Sweden.
