1991 - 2002:
IMLab (Minsk subdivision of the American corporation "Invention Machine" (Belarus)). I was involved in the development of the software products for the support of the solving of difficult engineering problem. I started from work in project "Invention Machine" -1.5 (rus. version), and after worked on next version of this software products, Invention Machine - 2.12, then worked on the Invention Machine -2.51 and various versions of the program "TechOptimizer" - 3.0; 3.01 and 3.5.
During this period I was the chief of the training department of ImLab, created 5 training courses, held 35 training seminars, has trained the TRIZ and VEA methods to over 350 engineers.

1987 - 1991:
Minsk Plant of Computer Technologies (MPOVT) Minsk, BSSR Mechanical Engineer.
Technician-designer for the special design-technological bureau Foreman of the 2nd group bench sector of the mechanical workshop. Design engineer for the special design bureau.

From 1989 through 2002 held a series of consultation for different enterprises of Belarus, Russia, Czech.
