Mechanical engineer, patent engineer, methodologist of the technical creative work, practical psychologist.

TRIZ-teaching:
1987-1991: Courses of All-Union Association of inventors and rationalizers, Mogilev.
1997-1998: Secondary school ¹34, Mogilev. Since 1999: Courses for educators and teachers, Mogilev Institute of Improvement of the professional skills. I have some training courses (from 22 until 80 hours).

In 1995 I started to develop the games for TRIZ-teaching and creative thinking improvement. After publication my educational game "Teremok" in 1999 I had the seminars for users of the game in Mogilev, Minsk, Moscow.
I'm author of the educational games for children and adults. I have 6 patents (in the game area and in the welding fabrication area) and 11 publications (books, articles, games).

Education:
First higher education: mechanical engineer of the welding production (Mogilev Mechanical Engineering Institute, 1986).
Second higher education: practical psychologist (Mogilev State University, 1999).
Patent engineer education, Mogilev department of the Byelorussian Institute of the Technical Creativity, 1991.
Scientific degree:
I was a listener of the post-graduate courses in Mogilev State University, now I'm the degree candidate in psychology.

Area of scientific interests:
Problems of the TRIZ-education, new TRIZ-gaming technologies and their implementation into existing educational system, psychology of creativity, improvement of the creative capabilities.
